MEET OUR TEAM
Letitia
FOUNDER
With over 30 years of experience, Letitia’s worked in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK as a salon manager, educator, fashion runway and session stylist, and an editorial creative. While continuing to keep her finger on the pulse, she decided to temporarily exchange the excitement of fashion shoots, the drama of fashion shows, and the challenge of competitions for her ongoing salon work that keeps her grounded. She’s famous for her love for precision cutting and beautiful hair that moves, as well as giving back to her community by training, mentoring, and supporting those new to the industry. Letitia starts her day with a cup of tea regardless of the season. On her way to work, she has a one-woman show in her car, usually a nostalgic sing-along. Letitia was the biggest tomboy growing up and she still is, at heart. She loves exploring new countries and her most memorable trip was visiting Africa for six months. When she’s not busy on the floor, you’ll find her planning her next getaway.
Chaimae
DIRECTOR
Coming all the way from Madrid, Spain, Chaimae has 14 years of experience in hairdressing and seeing her clients happy and confident is still her biggest motivation and inspiration. Chaimae loves colour - she’s your girl for European Balayage, who also specialises in curly hair. Her morning doesn’t start until she’s had her coffee, after that she’s ready to conquer the day. Chaimae is a very organised person who just knows how to balance her days. You’ll find her either watching her favourite show on Netflix while eating a homecooked pasta or outside trekking and exploring new places. She loves travelling and she also speaks 4 languages (Spanish, Arabic, French, and English) which makes her trips even better. Chaimae’s favourite places to visit are Thailand and Europe but she is particularly excited about travelling around Australia. Temporary off being a Mumma
Julie
Director
With over 20 years in the industry, Julie’s passion lies in creating hair that leaves clients feeling confident and radiant. Her career has taken her across Europe, including time working in London, and even trading haircuts for adventures during her travels. Julie’s meticulous eye for detail shines in her precision cutting, and she takes pride in creating stunning colour transformations, from bright blondes and lived-in looks to beautifully blended brunettes and bold, statement shades. Julie’s day starts with a gym session, a dog walk, and a coconut milk hot chocolate. Outside the salon, she enjoys cooking, sewing, beach days, and volunteering at her daughter’s school. She hopes to visit Africa one day to fulfil her husband’s lifelong dream of going on safari. If she could style anyone’s hair, it would be the timeless Marilyn Monroe.
John
STYLIST
Meet John, your amiable stylist on a mission to create a welcoming space for clients seeking a reliable hair experience. Outside the salon, John loves indulging in new experiences and embarking on spontaneous weekend road trips. He's a wanderer at heart with his most cherished memory being a blissful four weeks in Thailand in 2017, sipping exotic drinks by the pool with good friends. When he's not creating gorgeous hair, you'll likely find him grooving to the rhythm at concerts. Recently, John furthered his passion for hair by graduating and making a full-time transition onto the salon floor under the guidance and mentorship of Letitia. John's inspiration comes from the art of hair transformations, watching clients leave the salon with newfound confidence and radiant smiles. He excels at building lasting connections with clients, helping them navigate their hair goals, and witnessing their confidence soar. Over the next five years, he aims to expand his clientele, deepen his knowledge, and unlock his inner confidence.
SKYE
EMERGING STYLIST
Meet Skye, our vibrant emerging stylist who brings a fresh perspective to our salon. With a genuine love for making people feel beautiful, Skye finds immense satisfaction in creating stunning looks that boost confidence. Her day begins with a steaming cup of coffee, soaking up the morning sun as she gears up for a day of creativity in the salon. A fan of 2000s music, you might catch her humming along to nostalgic hits while she works her magic. When she’s not on the floor, Skye enjoys basking in the sun on her days off, dreaming of her next adventures in Bali or Europe. Her guilty pleasure? Indulging in delicious chicken wings while binge-watching her latest Netflix obsession, “Monster.” With a passion for hair, Skye is all set to make her mark in the industry and ensure every client leaves with a smile.
ALYSSA
EMERGING STYLIST
Alyssa is a first-year apprentice who loves dramatic transformations and reviving old styles. She’s drawn to the variety and creativity of hairdressing, thriving in an environment that keeps her moving and inspired. Her love for travel began at 12 with a trip to Hawaii, where she vividly remembers relaxing on the beach with waffle fries and a snow cone after a long day of swimming. Next on her list is exploring Europe, especially Italy, where she dreams of soaking in the culture and inspiration. Her days start with toast and strawberries before diving into work. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, exploring cafes, baking, and scenic drives. If Alyssa could style anyone’s hair, it would be Kate Winslet, her ultimate icon and celebrity crush.
